1. Remove the splint from the package（no gloves necessary）
2 and 3. Fill a cup of water into the jacket
4. Shaking the splint. Allow the water evenly distributing inside of inner layers
5. Pour off the water
6. Apply on the patient's skin. Secure the splint using an elastic bandage and mould as appropriate
